Hello! I’m Anya (she/her), a professional counselor associate and National Certified Counselor (NCC), with a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Portland State University. My studies centered on anti-racist, anti-bias, and equitable counseling practices. I bring a non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and social justice perspective to therapy, always honoring the belief that clients are the true experts in their own lives. By using a strength-based approach, I aim to support clients in reshaping the personal narratives that may stand in the way of their growth.
